Michael Cogley has over twenty years of experience in business consulting. He has a business degree from Wheeling Jesuit University, holds an MBA from Waynesburg College, and has achieved professional certification in Coaching, Marketing Concepts, Marketing Strategies, Public Relations, and Human Resources.

He has worked as a sales manager, marketing manager, and development director for an International company. Mike served as the President of Michael J. Cogley Ministries, Inc. as well as the past owner of The Cogley Group, LLC., a real estate concern. His broad range of experience includes the following fields: Accounting, automotive, Non-profits, Real estate, pest control, service industries, light manufacturing, law firms, and insurance.

Joel Cogley is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a degree in computer science. He has three years of experience in web development, four years of experience in Marketing and Business Development, and has achieved certification in HTML and RDBMS.
